接上篇，终于结案了！打官司的这些年我也算是实现了自己的创业理想，自己单干了，主要帮人做资产配置，基本两个产品，一个是放贷，基本上年回报8-12%，而且是现金流，一个是地产私募，基本上是把独立屋改建成duplex or triplex, 到后来运营Multifamily, 那种6-20个单元的小楼。在我发展事业的过程中律师当然知道我是干什么的，结案后过了好一阵，他又联系了我，聊完近况之后说，他的case越来越多，现在律所是他的lender, 银行也在和他谈成为他的lender, 他想着也和我聊聊看看lending的机会。放贷？这我老本行啊，我一听来了兴趣，抓着他把家底全捋了一遍，简直太有意思了，双位数年回报率，纯现金流，利息全部预付，而且是可以只6个月的期！下篇开聊所有细节！
