接上篇聊,庭外沟通最后一天,保险公司的律师暗示般地地总结道,这些年的报告我都看了,时间证明,你的伤情没那么重,没有损伤到神经,不是像你们认为的xxx钱的大案,只是xxx-xxx范围的正常案子,我们不可能同意你们的诉求,我们会回去regroup然后和你的律师沟通下一步。
虽然在意料之中,我还是不知所措看向我律师,他一脸坦然,说好的,然后就是握手,散会。就这样结束了?我很懵,人走光了他才跟我说,这完全是按程序走,别急也别慌,他们很快就会报最终价。
果然,过了不多久,律师告诉我,他们报价了,最终价确实不是我们要的那个价位,但也不是所谓的“正常范围”的小案件的价,我还在想要不要再争取争取,他就笑了。律师说,现在的情况是,这个报价很不错,如果你拒绝,下一步是上庭,而这个情况如果上庭,你一定输,因为陪审团不会同情一个拿到了这个级别offer的原告,所以,我理解你的心情,但是你要好好考虑考虑风险和回报。同时,我会再降低我从赔偿金里面的分成,这样你拿多一点,你考虑考虑。
他太聪明了有没有!我没考虑多久就点头了。这次是我和我妈一起结案,赔偿金和我自己付的各种理疗费都回来了,律师按分成也赚的不错,算是皆大欢喜。走完了整个真实的流程,下次终于可以开始聊相关的躺赚玩法了!
