接上篇,开始聊躺赚的细节了。律师和我都很直接,毕竟认识那么久了,我又是常年自己放贷也帮别人放贷的,他也已经成了BC personal injury的头部律师了,大家的专业性都在那,所以互相有的东西都可以很直接地摆在明面上聊(主要也是我们俩靠专业吃饭,都喜欢简单明了)。他现在的痛点在于,手上的委托案子越来越多,已经好几百了,每个案子走完整个流程都要自垫资金1-3万左右买医疗报告等文件,就算平均两万,那也需要垫出6百多万的现金;同时,他的同行,那些比他大10-20岁左右的律师,有一些在陆续提前退休,因为都是熟人,所以对方会先问他要不要买这些案子接手,如果他买不起,对方再去其他律所卖,每次一来就是200多个案子,买过来就要大约400多万现金给到对方律师去还掉对方律师之前垫付的资金,这粗略一加,资金需求量就上了8位数,而他个人是没有这么多现金可以拿出来的。那我就好奇了,他又不是第一天当律师,他也不是第一个这样做的律师,那其他律师和律所这么多年垫付的庞大资金都是哪来的?答案下篇揭晓😁
