要仔细考察的方面还挺多的,因为涉及到building code, electrical code, fire code, 还要查当地的by law是否允许改建双单元,这查完了还要去查省一级的code因为municipal code经常和省级code有冲突,如果有冲突还得每一条每一条过,看看说服当地政府最后给建筑许可的几率是否足够大。
折腾了几圈,发现了几个原则。
