接上次继续聊案子折扣。之前提过,律师签这种车祸原告的案子,都很简单直接,因为责任明确,保险公司就按正常流程走,没什么争议,赔偿没悬念,就是时间的长短和金额大小的问题,所以每个案子就是个revenue center,每个案子都赚钱,收入来源嘛,那当然是越多越好,所以一次能签下两个,律师就给了我们个“全家桶”,两个案子都照着我这个案子的最大折扣来。但之前也说过,我们这种原告委托人一分钱不用出,那折扣什么呢?
折扣其实就是,律师那一份利润的抽成。这种代理车祸原告的律师,要垫付所有案子的开销直到赔偿金下来,所以他们只会接稳赢的原告案子,而他们的律师费就是从最后的赔偿金里抽成。这种案子赔偿没悬念,就是时间的长短和金额大小的问题,我的伤比较重,赔偿范围比标准的要高,所以他愿意降低自己的抽成比例,给个抽成的折扣,我妈顺带也沾了光。听起来这么双赢的事情,我们不出钱打官司,律师垫付所有开销但不收小时费用而是从赔偿金里抽笔大的,双方都高兴,官司开始走流程后现实情况真的会这样吗?
